To understand the future of work in Australian businesses, Spaceful undertook a research project that surveyed 885 Australian CEOs, Managing Directors and other senior level executives from 24 industries.
Participants were asked to share their thoughts on everything from the impact of economic and geopolitical instability on their businesses to the biggest people and culture challenges they were facing. Most interestingly, participants shared their current strategies and tactics for handling these issues in 2024.
